Effizienter Einsatz von Fragebögen bei CMD-Patienten in der Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Fragebögen stellen bei Patienten mit kraniomandibulären Dysfunktionen (CMD) ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel dar, um standardisiert und effizient relevante Informationen zu erfassen. Sie können beim Screening, der Diagnostik und der Therapiekontrolle eingesetzt werden. Je nach Ausrichtung der Praxis können verschiedene Sets von Fragebögen mit unterschiedlicher Anzahl von Fragen zur Anwendung kommen. Im Wesentlichen werden mit Fragebögen Aspekte von Schmerzen, Funktionseinschränkungen und psychosozialen Belastungen erfasst. Durch das Ausfüllen der Fragebögen im Wartezimmer oder zu Hause liegen die Informationen bereits vor dem direkten Patientenkontakt vor. Dadurch kann die Behandlungszeit effektiver genutzt werden. Zukünftig werden die Fragebögen nicht mehr nur nachträglich digitalisiert und abgespeichert, sondern Patienten werden die Fragebögen zunehmend auch elektronisch ausfüllen können. Diese Digitalisierung senkt nicht nur den administrativen Aufwand, sie erlaubt auch eine automatische Auswertung der Fragebögen.
