Zusammenfassung

Adnextumore der Haut sind seltene und wenig bekannte Veränderungen. In ihrem Erscheinungsbild sind sie uncharakteristisch und nur histologisch zu sichern. 2 eindrucksvolle Fälle zeigen jeweils eine ungewöhnlich massive Ausdehnung, die ein radikales chirurgisches Vorgehen forderte. Durch großen therapeutischen Aufwand war ein kuratives Resultat mit gutem funktionellem und ästhetischem Ergebnis möglich.

Abstract

Adnexal skin tumors are rare and mostly not common. Their appearance are atypical and only histologically to save. 2 cases were demonstrated with impressing extension demanding a complex surgical approach.
