Pseudodominante Vererbung von Pseudoxanthoma elasticum

Zusammenfassung

Pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) ist eine Systemerkrankung aufgrund von Mutationen im ABCC6-Gen mit charakteristischen Veränderungen an den Augen, der Haut und dem kardiovaskulären System. Wir berichten über 2 Familien mit PXE in 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Generationen aufgrund molekulargenetisch bestätigter Pseudodominanz. Ein Literaturüberblick zeigt, dass PXE mit Mutationen im ABCC6-Gen autosomal-rezessiv vererbt wird und eine Erkrankungsmanifestation in 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Generationen auf Pseudodominanz zurückzuführen ist.
