Zusammenfassung

Eine hohe Rate psychischer Erkrankungen bei Geflüchteten ist weltweit vorbeschrieben. Über eine Millionen Menschen haben in den vergangenen drei Jahren in Deutschland Zuflucht gesucht. Eine psychiatrische Behandlung ist in vielen Fällen erforderlich, auch um die Teilnahme an Integrationsmaßnahmen und eine perspektivische Arbeitsaufnahme zu ermöglichen. Diagnostik und Therapie können aufgrund kulturell unterschiedlicher Krankheitskonzepte eine Herausforderung sein. Angepasste Behandlungsstrategien werden derzeit entwickelt, sind aber noch nicht oder nicht ausreichend evaluiert.
