9. Psychologische Interventionen bei akuten Schmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Akute Schmerzen im medizinischen Kontext sind für Kinder stark ängstigend. Das Schmerz- und Angsterleben wird durch situative Faktoren und das elterliche Verhalten stark beeinflusst. Psychologische Interventionen müssen sowohl das Kind selber als auch die Umgebung sowie die Eltern in den Fokus nehmen. Informationsvermittlung, Aufklärung und Elterntraining vor dem Eingriff sind ebenso wichtig wie Ablenkung und Elterncoaching währenddessen.
