Psychosomatik in der Dermatologie

Zusammenfassung

Die psychosomatische Dermatologie beschäftigt sich mit Hautkrankheiten, bei denen psychosoziale Ursachen, Folgen oder Begleitumstände einen wesentlichen und therapeutisch bedeutsamen Einfluss haben. Dermatosen werden in dieser Hinsicht unter einem bio-psycho-sozialen Modell ganzheitlich gesehen. Psychosomatische Dermatologie ist im weiteren Sinn jeder Aspekt der intra- und interpersonellen Probleme von Hautkrankheiten und der psychosomatischen Auslösemechanismen bzw. Krankheitsverarbeitung von Dermatosen. Es wird hierbei zwischen primär psychischen Konflikten, psychosomatischen und somatopsychischen Aspekten unterschieden. Therapeutische Ansätze beinhalten die Betrachtung der Arzt(Arzthelferin)-Patient-Beziehung, Compliance-Faktoren, Lebensqualität des Hautpatienten, Psychohygiene des Hautarztes sowie Maßnahmen, die im Rahmen des Praxismanagements und der psychosomatischen Grundversorgung einschließlich der Indikation zur Fachpsychotherapie umsetzbar sind.
