Zusammenfassung

Psychosomatische Faktoren spielen beim chronischen Unterbauchschmerz eine Rolle, dennoch ist es oft schwer, die betroffenen Frauen zu einer psychosomatischen Behandlung zu motivieren. Im Vordergrund einer erfolgreichen Therapie steht eine vertrauensvolle Arzt-Patientin-Beziehung. Unterschiedliche psychotherapeutische Ansätze haben sich als hilfreich erwiesen.
