Klinische Wirksamkeit der Schematherapie bei Depressionen

Zusammenfassung

Sowohl zur Akutbehandlung als auch zur Rezidivprophylaxe depressiver Störungen gilt die kognitive Verhaltenstherapie (KVT) aus psychotherapeutischer Sicht als Goldstandard. Jedoch erleidet ungefähr die Hälfte der Patienten trotz akutem Ansprechen innerhalb von zwei Jahren ein Rezidiv. Schematherapie, ein neues, integratives psychotherapeutisches Verfahren der „dritten Welle“ der Verhaltenstherapie, nimmt Risikofaktoren, die mit einem negativen therapeutischen Outcome assoziiert wurden, ausdrücklich in den Fokus der Behandlung. Das Verfahren wurde ursprünglich zur Behandlung von KVT-Non-Respondern und Patienten mit überdauernden Lebensproblemen und Persönlichkeitsstörungen entwickelt, und eine Anwendung auch bei Achse-I-Störungen wie der Major Depression erscheint zielführend.
