Rationale Diagnostik der juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis

Zusammenfassung

Gelenkrheuma im Kindesalter betrifft etwa jedes 1000. Kind. Der Verdacht wird bei Vorliegen von Schwellungen, Bewegungseinschränkungen sowie Schmerzen im Bereich der Gelenke und des Bewegungsapparats jedoch wesentlich häufiger formuliert und erfordert die sorgfältige klinische und diagnostische Abklärung. Spezifische diagnostische Maßnahmen sind darüber hinaus nötig, um die korrekte Zuordnung zu den einzelnen Kategorien der juvenilen idiopathischen Arthritis zu treffen sowie weitere Organmanifestationen bzw. -schädigungen zu erkennen. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, den Stellenwert einzelner Testverfahren bei der Evaluation eines Kindes mit einer Gelenkentzündung darzustellen.
