Elastofibroma is a benign and uncommon soft-tissue tumor, which is histologically characterized by an excessive accumulation of elastic fibers associated with fibrous tissue. The lesion most commonly occurs between lower scapula and chest wall of elderly people with a female predominance; thus, it is usually reported as “elastofibroma dorsi” [
