We have read with great interest the article by Le Gallo et al. entitled “Lethal mesenteric perforation by osteophytes after blunt abdominal trauma” [1]. The review of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (i.e. Forestier disease) presented in the article is useful, and the CT scans are very good and informative. …
