Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag gibt Auskunft über die immer wieder geäußerte Diskussion um einen sogenannten Rheumacharakter, beschreibt den möglichen Einfluss psychosomatischer Aspekte auf Krankheitsausbruch und Verlauf und behandelt das Auftreten von Depressionen im Zusammenhang mit entzündlich-rheumatischen Erkrankungen und deren Therapie.
