A 4-week-old male infant was admitted to our institution with suspected gastroesophageal reflux and cyanotic episodes with feeding. Physical examination showed a 2/6 systolic ejection murmur with normal extremity pulses. A transthoracic echocardiogram exhibited a right-sided aortic arch with an indeterminate branching pattern. Therefore, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was requested to exclude an aortic arch anomaly. …
