20. Robotische Leberchirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Das generelle Interesse am Einsatz des Operationsroboters in der Leberchirurgie ist hoch und deren Entwicklung ein hochdynamischer Prozess. Die Vorteile der roboterassistierten Leberchirurgie ergeben sich aus der Kombination eines minimalinvasiven Verfahrens mit einer verbesserten Funktionalität der Operationsinstrumente. Große Registerarbeiten und systematische Übersichtsarbeiten lassen einen Vorteil des Verfahrens vor allem bei hochkomplexen Lebereingriffen erkennen. Im vorliegenden Kapitel wird ein Überblick über die Anwendung und Durchführung roboterassistierten Eingriffe in der Leberchirurgie gegeben und ein Vergleich zu bestehenden Verfahren geführt.
