Rückenschmerz – Schmerzverarbeitung und aktive segmentale Stabilisation

Aktuelle Aspekte der „neuen Rückenschule“

Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Beitrag soll Aspekte aufzeigen, die in die Konzeption zeitgemäßer Rückenschulprogramme integriert werden können. Vorgestellt werden konkret neuere Befunde zu Körpergefühl und Körperschema, die klinische Relevanz der aktiven Übungstherapie, kognitive Aspekte der Schmerzverarbeitung sowie die Bedeutung der Spiegelneurone für das praktische Üben. Einen Schwerpunkt bilden die theoretischen und praktischen Aspekte der segmentalen Stabilisation der Hals- und Lendenwirbelsäule. Basierend auf wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen wird ein konzeptioneller Vorschlag für das aktive Üben unterbreitet.
