Das sogenannte Postnukleotomiesyndrom (auch Postlaminektomiesyndrom) wird häufig synonym mit dem "failed back surgery syndrome" (FBSS) verwendet. Streng genommen bezeichnet es lediglich die Sub-FBSS-Gruppe mit einem Beschwerdebild nach Bandscheibenoperation. Gemeinsam ist den Betroffenen all dieser Syndrome, dass sie nach einer Operation über persistierende Schmerzen klagen. Wie kommt es dazu und wie sind sie zu behandeln?
