Diese Leitlinie stellt eine Komplettüberarbeitung der bisherigen S1-Leitlinie aus dem Jahr 2012 [1] und der im Jahr 2015 publizierten Ergänzung zu den Rekanalisationstherapien [2] auf S2e-Niveau dar. Alle dortigen Empfehlungen haben sich in den Jahren inhaltlich, textlich und formal umfassend geändert, weswegen sie in diesem Kapitel nicht aufgeführt sind. …
