Auszug

Die Wiederherstellung der Körperbalance konnte schon vor über 30 Jahren durch orthopädische Behandlung von Patienten mit skoliotischen Deformitäten erreicht und an definierten biomechanischen Parametern bemessen werden. Dieser Beitrag soll unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Standes der Wissenschaft die Sinnhaftigkeit der Anwendung solcher Parameter und deren Nutzen für den Patienten darstellen und diskutieren.
