Nicht spezifischer Rückenschmerz meint, dass sich keine eindeutigen Hinweise auf eine zu behandelnde Ursache erkennen lassen. Die Häufigkeit nicht spezifischer Rückenschmerzen wird stark diskutiert, die Literaturquellen dazu sind teilweise sehr veraltet. Diagnostische und therapeutische Möglichkeiten aber haben sich weiterentwickelt. …
