Schmerzen im Hüftgelenk: Hinweis auf tenosynovialen Riesenzelltumor?

Zusammenfassung

In seltenen Fällen kann sich hinter Schmerzen im Hüftgelenk ein tenosynoviale Riesenzelltumor verbergen. Er zählt zu den proliferativen Erkrankungen der Synovialmembran und wird von manchen Autoren auch als semimaligne beschrieben.
