Therapie von Subskapularissehnenrupturen

Zusammenfassung

Die Weiterentwicklung der minimal-invasiven Verfahren in den letzten Jahren ermöglicht auch bei größeren Rupturen eine adäquate intraoperative Visualisierung, Mobilisation und stabile Rekonstruktion mit guten bis exzellenten klinischen bzw. strukturellen Ergebnissen. Chronische Subskapularissehnenrupturen mit hochgradiger Muskelatrophie und fortgeschrittener fettiger Infiltration können mit einem Muskelsehnentransfer (z. B. Pectoralis-major- oder Latissimus-dorsi-Transfer) behandelt werden. Bei Pseudoparalyse und/oder bereits begonnener anterosuperiorer Dezentrierung des Humeruskopfes bzw. Defektarthropathie kommt operativ meist nur die inverse endoprothetische Versorgung infrage.
