Reverse-Hill-Sachs-Läsion bei dorsal verhakter Schulterluxation

Zusammenfassung

Hintere verhakte Schulterluxationen sind seltene Verletzungen. Häufig werden sie bei der primären Untersuchung übersehen. Standardröntgenaufnahmen in 2 Ebenen können das Risiko, eine hintere Luxation zu übersehen, deutlich minimieren. In der Literatur findet sich eine Vielzahl von Therapieoptionen. Parameter zur Wahl eines Therapieverfahrens sind Dauer der Luxation, Größe des Defekts und das Alter des Patienten. Die Beurteilung der Defektmorphologie gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Nach anatomischer Rekonstruktion sind gute bis sehr gute Ergebnisse mit stabilen Schultern zu erzielen. Bei älteren Patienten (>70) könnten inverse Prothesen den anatomischen Implantaten überlegen sein.
