A 26-year old woman presented to the emergency department with a complaint of headache. She had no nausea, vomiting, or vision problem. For a few years, she had been repeatedly seen in neurology departments in recurrent episodes of headaches. Her other medical history was unremarkable, as were the findings of the neurologic examination. All laboratory results were negative, and physical examination findings were unremarkable. …
