Zusammenfassung

Die Harnröhrenatresie ist sehr selten und bei schwerem Prune-Belly-Syndrom nicht mit dem Leben vereinbar. Harnröhrenstenosen führen zu Symptomen wie Harnröhrenklappen und sind angeboren oder häufiger iatrogen, entzündlich oder traumatisch bedingt. Sie müssen ebenso wie Harnröhrendivertikel chirurgisch behoben werden. Von Divertikeln ist die Megalourethra abzugrenzen: durch Fehlen des Corpus spongiosum oder auch des Corpus cavernosum weitet sich die distale Harnröhre. Operiert wird ähnlich wie bei einer Hypospadiekorrektur. Weitere seltene Harnröhrenanomalien sind überzählige (epispade oder hypospade) Harnröhren, die entsprechend exzidiert werden müssen.
