Zusammenfassung

Neben dem weitaus häufigsten Pankreastumor, dem duktalen Adenokarzinom des Pankreas, existieren zahlreiche solide und zystische, epitheliale und nichtepitheliale Tumoren im Pankreas, die für sich genommen jeweils selten sind und klinisch ein breites Spektrum von benignen Tumoren bis zu hochaggressiven, metastasierungs- und rezidivfreudigen Neoplasien abdecken. Exemplarisch werden in der vorliegenden Übersicht klinische, morphologische und molekulare Kriterien von Azinuszellkarzinomen, Pankreatoblastomen, solid-pseudopapillären Neoplasien und serös-zystischen Neoplasien vorgestellt, anhand derer eine differenzialdiagnostische Einordnung in der Regel leicht möglich ist.
