Zusammenfassung

Die Sexualität ist ein integraler Bestandteil der Beckenbodenfunktion und kann demnach auch durch Beckenbodenoperationen verbessert, aber auch gestört werden. Für die Therapie von Schmerzsyndromen und sexuellen Problemen infolge solcher Eingriffe existieren mehrere Behandlungsmöglichkeiten – jedoch mit sehr unterschiedlicher Datenlage.
