Zusammenfassung

Sonnenschein bereitet gute Laune, ruft aber durch UV(Ultraviolett)-A- und UV-B-Strahlung Zellschäden in der Epidermis und Dermis hervor. Dies kann sich durch akute Beschwerden äußern, etwa eine Dermatitis solaris, oder mit Verzögerung zur Hautalterung und Entwicklung von Hautkrebs führen. Deshalb wird konsequenter Lichtschutz empfohlen, der vor allem ein umsichtiges Verhalten hinsichtlich starker Sonnenexposition beinhaltet. Des Weiteren sollen textiler Lichtschutz und Lichtschutzmittel korrekt angewendet werden.
