Because of the rarity of sinus pericranii, accepted guidelines or recommendations concerning the management, diagnosis, and treatment of are still lacking. Most patients are asymptomatic. However, it may cause fatal complications such as thrombosis, traumatic air embolism, or massive hemorrhage [
