Zusammenfassung

Die Erkrankungsgruppe autoimmuner Enzephalitiden umfasst verschiedene klinische Syndrome, die oft durch Autoantikörper gegen neuronale Antigene gekennzeichnet sind. Neben den klassischen paraneoplastischen Syndromen mit onkoneuralen Antikörpern fällt hierunter auch die kontinuierlich wachsende Gruppe der Enzephalitiden mit Antikörpern gegen neuronale Oberflächenproteine, die häufig ohne Assoziation zu einem Tumorleiden auftreten.
