Die Einführung der operativen Laparoskopie durch den Kieler Universitätsprofessor Kurt Semm vor etwa 40 Jahren gilt als revolutionärer Beginn der Ära der minimal-invasiven Chirurgie [37]. Heute ist die Laparoskopie ein Standardverfahren, das in vielen, wenn nicht beinahe allen Bereichen der abdominellen Chirurgie Einzug erhalten hat. Langjährige Erfahrung, verbesserte Technik und die Nutzung präoperativer Scores zur Einordnung von Patientinnen in Risikogruppen machen ein gefahrloses Operieren möglich [15, 36]. …
