Zusammenfassung

Das Auftreten einer intrazerebralen Blutung unter oraler Antikoagulation ist mit einer hohen Mortalität und einem ungünstigem neurologischem Outcome assoziiert. Eine herabgesetzte Koagulabilität muss frühzeitig identifiziert und behandelt werden, da diese zu einem Größenprogress intrazerebraler Hämatome und somit zu einer sekundären Hirnschädigung führen kann. Neben der Substitution von Gerinnungsfaktoren stellt das intensivmedizinische Management einen bedeutenden Eckpfeiler der Therapie dieses Patientenkollektivs dar.
