Zusammenfassung

Die ersten Hinweise überraschten: Der Hypomethylierer Decitabin verbesserte die Prognose älterer MDS-Patienten mit komplexem Karyotyp stärker als erwartet. In einer Phase-III-Studie wurde diese Beobachtung bestätigt.
