Zusammenfassung

Die ambulant erworbene Pneumonie ist eine der häufigsten Infektionskrankheiten. Je nach Schwere der Infektion ist ein anderes Erregerspektrum zu finden und entsprechend muss die Therapie angepasst werden. Wichtig sind die sehr rasche Applikation wirksamer Antibiotika und eine intensive Überwachung bei schweren Verlaufsformen.
