Zusammenfassung

Die roboterassistierte Chirurgie kann einige der Limitierungen der laparoskopischen Leberchirurgie überwinden und ist ein vielversprechender Ansatz, den Anteil minimalinvasiver Eingriffe an der Leber zu erhöhen. Der vorliegende Beitrag soll einen Überblick über die aktuelle Literatur geben. Ferner werden die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage zur roboterassistierten Leberchirurgie unter deutschen Kliniken mit viszeralchirurgisch genutztem DaVinci-System dargestellt und die perioperativen Daten zweier Roboterzentren präsentiert.

S3-Leitlinie „Diagnostik und Therapie des Karpaltunnelsyndroms“

Prof. Dr. med. Gregor Antoniadis Das Karpaltunnelsyndrom ist die häufigste Kompressionsneuropathie peripherer Nerven. Obwohl die Anamnese mit dem nächtlichen Einschlafen der Hand (Brachialgia parästhetica nocturna) sehr typisch ist, ist eine klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung und Elektroneurografie in manchen Fällen auch eine Neurosonografie erforderlich. Im Anfangsstadium sind konservative Maßnahmen (Handgelenksschiene, Ergotherapie) empfehlenswert. Bei nicht Ansprechen der konservativen Therapie oder Auftreten von neurologischen Ausfällen ist eine Dekompression des N. medianus am Karpaltunnel indiziert.
