Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Der unerfüllte Kinderwunsch geht häufig mit (passageren) sexuellen Funktionsstörungen einher.

Zielsetzung

In dieser Übersicht wird dargestellt, welche wechselseitigen Beziehungen zwischen Infertilität und sexuellen Störungen bestehen. Die relevanten Störungen der Sexualität und weitere Einflussfaktoren bei unerfülltem Kinderwunsch werden detailliert betrachtet. Es folgen Vorschläge für konkrete Lösungsstrategien und prognostische Überlegungen. Der Beitrag beinhaltet auch praxisnahe Hinweise für Frauenärzte, Reproduktionsmediziner und Sexualtherapeuten.
