Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluss von Stabilisierungsorthesen der Lendenwirbelsäule auf die Muskulatur und Fehlstatik bei der Behandlung von Rückenschmerzen wird in der Literatur kontrovers diskutiert. Unter dem Aspekt eines vordergründig durch arthromuskuläre Dysbalancen und Fehlstatiken ausgelösten Schmerzgeschehens in der Muskulatur wurde anhand objektiver Messdaten die Wirkung von Lumbalorthesen auf die schmerzhaft funktionsgestörte Muskulatur analysiert.
