Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has gained popularity and acceptance among surgeons and patients, mainly due to its low morbidity and mortality, excellent outcomes, and few complications. Stenosis of the sleeve is a significant complication that occurs in 0.6 to 4% of LSGs [
1]. On the other hand, phytobezoars are reported complications after some bariatric procedures such as adjustable gastric bandings, Roux-en-Y gastric bypasses (RYGB), and intragastric balloon insertions, but they are still a rare entity after LSG [
