Zusammenfassung

Mind-Body-Medizin ist ein Teil der Komplementärmedizin. Im Gegensatz zur Konzentration auf die Erkrankung in der Schulmedizin liegt bei der Mind-Body-Medizin der Fokus darauf, Gesundheit zu entwickeln und zu erhalten. Eingesetzte Verfahren sind unter anderem Yoga, progressive Muskelrelaxation und Meditation.
