Zusammenfassung

Kopfschmerzen im Alter sind häufig. Sie bedürfen einer besonders sorgfältigen Diagnostik zum Ausschluss symptomatischer Verläufe. Ihre Therapie erfordert die Berücksichtigung altersspezifischer Besonderheiten im Stoffwechsel und von Begleiterkrankungen sowie deren oft umfassende Begleitmedikation.
