Zusammenfassung

Das Raynaud-Phänomen (RP) kann sowohl idiopathisch als auch sekundär im Rahmen verschiedener Kollagenosen auftreten. Patienten, die eine systemische Sklerodermie (SSc) entwickeln, leiden zu mehr als 95 % unter einem sekundären RP, das Jahre bis Jahrzehnte weiteren Symptomen der SSc vorausgehen kann. Eine kurative Therapie ist bisher nicht möglich, die Therapie erfolgt symptomatisch.
