In a study, two adult patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described who developed allergy or minor infections during treatment with tacrolimus. The patients had systemic lupus erythematosus with refractory thrombocytopenia and received treatment with tacrolimus 1mg twice daily [routes not stated]. However, one patient developed allergy and one patient developed minor infections as side effects of tacrolimus treatment. The patient, who developed infections did not require hospitalisation [time to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated]. …
