Versorgung von Schwerverletzten

Update der S3-Leitlinie Polytrauma/Schwerverletzten-Behandlung 2016

Zusammenfassung

Im Jahr 2011 ist die erste interdisziplinäre S3-Leitlinie zur Versorgung von Schwerverletzten publiziert worden. Nach intensiver Überarbeitung dieser Leitlinie wurde nun im Konsens von 20 Fachgesellschaften die aktualisierte Version dieser Leitlinie im September 2016 online publiziert. In den bekannten 3 Abschnitten „Präklinik“, „Schockraum“ und „Erste OP-Phase“ wurden ein Großteil der Kernaussagen und Hintergrundtexte aktualisiert. Die meisten Änderungen/Neuerung ergaben sich im Kapitel Präklinik gefolgt vom Bereich Schockraum. Diese beiden Bereiche sind für den Anästhesisten nicht nur als „Narkosearzt“, sondern auch als Notarzt in der Präklinik, für die nichtärztlichen Mitglieder des Rettungsdienstes oder in der Schockraumversorgung von besonderer Bedeutung. Die vorliegende Übersichtsarbeit fasst die aktuellen Änderungen und Neuerung der Leitlinie zusammen. Wobei für den Bereich Präklinik und Schockraum alle Änderungen dargelegt werden. Für den Bereich 1. OP-Phase wurden nur die anästhesiologisch relevanten Änderungen berücksichtigt.
