Zusammenfassung

Die Tendopathie der Achillessehne gehört zu den häufigsten Fehl- oder Überlastungsverletzungen im professionellen Bühnentanz. Zur Therapie stehen zahlreiche Optionen zur Verfügung. Das exzentrische Krafttraining zählt zu den anerkannten und akzeptierten bewegungsorientierten Optionen im Rahmen eines konservativen kombinierten Präventions- und Therapiekonzeptes. Bisher fehlen Studien zu Effekten eines exzentrischen Krafttrainings im Tanz, obwohl sie sowohl für den Erhalt der Arbeitsfähigkeit als auch für eine erfolgreiche Wiedereingliederung von Bedeutung wären.
