Testpsychologische Ansätze der Beschwerdenvalidierung

Zusammenfassung

Das Auftreten kognitiver Störungen ist für eine Vielzahl von Krankheiten und psychischen Störungen dokumentiert worden, mit so bedeutsamen Auswirkungen auf das Funktionsniveau in Alltag und Berufsausübung, dass ihrer Untersuchung bei gutachtlichen Fragestellungen ein besonderer Stellenwert zukommt. Leistungstests sind die geeignete Methode zur Erfassung kognitiver Störungen, doch sind ihre Ergebnisse einfach zu verfälschen. Nur durch eine sorgfältige und an den modernen Entwicklungen der jüngeren Vergangenheit ausgerichtete Diagnostik der Beschwerdenvalidität kann der Gutachter die Authentizität der Testprofile und der in Leistungstests gezeigten Leistungseinschränkungen bestimmen. Wo eine solche Überprüfung unterbleibt, muss ein neuro- oder testpsychologisches Gutachten als unvollständig bewertet werden.
