Zusammenfassung

Bei etwa 20% der Patienten mit Psoriasis kommt es zu charakteristischen Manifestationen einer chronisch-entzündlichen Gelenkerkrankung. Die Psoriasisarthritis kann unterschiedliche Verlaufsformen annehmen. In der letzten Ausgabe wurden die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten vorgestellt; in diesem Beitrag steht die Behandlung der Erkrankung mit den verschiedenen Substanzen und Indikationen im Vordergrund. Nicht zuletzt sollte der Dermatologe auch die metabolischen Risikofaktoren der Patienten berücksichtigen und kontrollieren.
