Gender reassignment surgery can solve aesthetical and anatomical issues but may be followed by several complications, such as anterograde micturition, urethral stenosis, urinary infection, acute urinary retention, urinary or enteric fistulas, vaginal stenosis, and dyspareunia. [
1]. Van der Sluiset al. reported 25 neovaginal fistulas after 1037 vaginoplasties in transgender women: 13 rectoneovaginal, 11 urethroneovaginal, and one pouch-neovaginal fistula. Intraoperative rectal perforation or meatal stenosis were predisposing factors for fistula formation [
