Zusammenfassung

Für die seltenen knöchernen Ausrissverletzungen der Rotatorenmanschette ist die Kenntnis der Dislokation und der Frakturmorphologie essenziell für die Therapiefindung. Der vorliegende Beitrag beinhaltet einen praktischen Behandlungsalgorithmus für den klinischen Alltag und gibt einen Überblick der konservativen und operativen Therapieoptionen. Arthroskopische Techniken haben sich in jüngster Zeit bewährt und bieten zusätzlich den Vorteil der Adressierung möglicher intraartikulärer Begleitverletzungen. Die modifizierte doppelreihige, kreuzende Fadenankerrekonstruktion zeigt sich aufgrund der flächigen Kompression des Knochen-Sehnen-Gewebes in die Defektzone biomechanisch vorteilhaft und wird im Detail beschrieben.
