22. Fetale Wachstumsrestriktion

Zusammenfassung

Bei der fetalen Wachstumsrestriktion (»intrauterine growth restriction«, IUGR) erreicht der Fetus aufgrund verschiedener Pathologien nicht das genetisch vorgegebene Wachstumspotenzial und fällt daher pränatal durch ein Abflachen der Wachstumskurve oder kleiner als erwartete fetale Maße auf. Bei der plazentar bedingten IUGR unterscheiden sich die frühe (<32 SSW) und späte Form im klinischen Verlauf und dem Managementschwerpunkt. Bei der frühen IUGR werden Arteria umbilicalis, Ductus venosus und cCTG-biophysikalische Parameter untersucht, um den Entbindungszeitpunkt zu bestimmen. Bei der späten IUGR liegt das Hauptaugenmerk bei der zerebroplazentaren Ratio und der Arteria cerebri media.
