Fraktursonographie der Extremitäten

Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Text werden die Grundlagen der Fraktursonographie sowie sinnvolle Anwendungsgebiete im Kindes- und Erwachsenenalter erläutert. Die sonographischen Frakturzeichen werden dargestellt. Die typischen Anwendungsgebiete (Claviculafraktur, Akromioklavikulargelenk[AC]-Sprengung, proximale Humerusfraktur, Ellenbogenfraktur, Handgelenkfraktur, Mittelhandknochen-5[MHK-5]-Fraktur, Fibrocartilago palmaris, Femurwulstfraktur, proximale Tibiafraktur, Mittelfußknochen-V[MFK-V]-Fraktur, „toddler’s fracture“, Marschfraktur) werden behandelt und bekannte Diagnostikalgorithmen aufgeführt. Bei korrekter Anwendung ist die Fraktursonographie eine sichere, schonende und schnelle Diagnostikmethode.
