Update zum nodulären lymphozytenprädominanten Hodgkin-Lymphom und verwandten Läsionen

Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über neue Entwicklungen der Diagnostik des nodulären lymphozytenprädominanten Hodgkin-Lymphoms unter Berücksichtigung der revidierten Version der WHO-Klassifikation 2016. Besondere Themen sind die Differenzialdiagnosen einer progressiven Keimzentrumstransformation, das T‑Zell-/histiozytenreiche großzellige B‑Zell-Lymphom sowie die Transformation in ein diffuses großzelliges B‑Zell-Lymphom.
